02 Benefits of palletizing
The purpose and benefits of palletizing are to reduce the number of loose goods, reduce the probability of loss of goods (after all, the probability of losing a pallet is much lower than that of losing a small box of goods), and after palletizing, the overall strength of the goods becomes stronger, without worrying about the deformation of the goods.

03 Operation steps for palletizing
(1) Firstly, the preparation of materials includes pallets, stretching films, and packaging straps.
(2) Secondly, workers code goods: Divide the code goods into 4 flowers, 5 flowers, 6 flowers, etc., and allocate them appropriately based on the proportion of goods and pallets.
(3) Finally, there is the packaging tape (if needed by the customer) wrapped with film: it can fix the goods and prevent them from falling apart, and also serve as a moisture-proof measure. The most important thing is to facilitate loading and unloading.
04 Precautions for palletizing
1. The cargo labels on the pallet should face outward, so that the barcodes on each carton can be scanned without moving them.
2. When using cargo pallets, the forks of the pallets should be located in a place that is convenient for equipment turnover and handling, in order to cooperate with equipment usage.
3. When stacking goods, it is not recommended to exceed the edge of the pallet. Try to choose a pallet with a size and type that is more suitable for this product;
4. Do not use damaged or unidentified pallets.
5. When multiple different types of goods are shipped on a pallet, packaging them separately makes it less likely to cause errors when receiving the goods. Suggest affixing labels indicating different types of goods.
6. It is recommended to stack the heaviest items at the bottom of the cargo pallet.
7. Do not let the cardboard box exceed the edge of the pallet.
8. The pallets must be close to the standard height, allowing for tray gaps and stacking opportunities.
9. Support the cardboard box with wrapping film to ensure that the wrapping film completely covers the goods on the pallet, which can prevent the goods from falling during transportation and ensure the stability of the stacked pallets during transportation.
